When you book vacation, we will mail or fax a written
confirmation to you, four to six weeks prior to
your scheduled vacation. The confirmation includes
the name of the resort, vacation date and instructions
on how to check into your condo, as well as the
resort address, number of people the unit sleeps,
and check-in and check-out times.
Always review the confirmation upon receipt to verify
information. Please call the Confirmations department
48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in to reconfirm
your vacation. If you plan to arrive after your
designated time, follow the late check-in instructions
on your confirmation. Please do not call the unit's
phone number for resort information, as you will
be disturbing that week’s vacationers.
Remember to take your confirmation to the check-in
office. If you are scheduled to travel and haven’t
received your confirmation at least two weeks prior
to your vacation, please contact our Reservation
Department. |
